This bright and elegant two-bedroom apartment in Glyfada is perfect for two couples or a small family.

GETTING TO THE APARTMENT:

🚖 By Taxi: The quickest way to reach Glyfada from Athens Airport is by taxi, which costs €40–€55 and takes approximately 30–40 minutes, depending on traffic.

🚇 By Public Transport:

1. Take the M3 Metro (Blue Line) from the airport, heading toward "Dimotiko Theatro."

2. At "Syntagma" Station, transfer to the M2 Metro (Red Line) heading toward "Elliniko."

3. Exit at "Elliniko" Station (the final stop).

4. From Elliniko, take the Tram (Line 7 – Asklipio Voulas) or a bus (122/128) towards Glyfada.

5. Get off at Glyfada Center, which is just a short walk to the apartment.

🕒 Total travel time: Approximately 60–70 minutes
💰 Metro + Tram/Bus cost: €9–€10 per person

Alternatively, express bus X96 from the airport goes directly to Glyfada, with a stop near Vasileos Georgiou V5, costing €5.50 and taking around 45–60 minutes.

CHECK IN:

Check in is at 3pm. Early check-in may be possible depending on previous day occupancy. Otherwise storage rentals are available in the immediate area for a small fee.

TRASH AND RECYCLING:

Please note that we sort waste by trash and recycling. All recycling (glass, plastic and paper ) is collected and disposed of together. Household trash can be thrown out at any green dumpster on the street and recycling can be placed in the blue dumpsters. The closest dumpsters to the apartment are located right in front of the building on Vasileos Georgiou st.

KITCHEN OVEN AND TOPS:

The oven and tops are fully functional. When using the kitchen tops, please switch on the overhead extractor . Select the desired fan speed from the hood and a overhead lamp can also be accessed from there. We usually open the kitchen window and turn on the extractor to avoid cooking smells permeating in the apartment.

CHECK OUT

Please make sure all doors and windows are closed, as well as all electrical devices have been switched off. When ready to leave, please set the apartment keys on the dining table and close the door behind you. After leaving the apartment please send me a text to confirm that the cleaners may enter the apartment.

SMOKING:

Smoking is only allowed on the terrace. Please do not smoke in the apartment.

 

QUIET TIME:

Please note that common quiet hours are observed from 3pm to 5pm daily. 

 

COOLING AND HEATING:

There are  threeAC units to cool and heat the apartment.

During the winter months, heat is provided by the building from 6pm to 10pm daily.

Hot water is supplied by the terrace solar heater. In case of extended periods of cloudy weather, please contact me to give you instructions on how to turn on the manual boiler.
