This fully furnished two bedroom apartment, has a wraparound balcony, boasting an outdoor terrace for taking in the vibrant city surroundings.

The apartment has a small dining room and a living room with a three seat sofa, 50" smart tv and high speed internet.

There is a bathroom and shower on the main floor and a second bathroom located on the upper level. Also on this level is a brand new washing machine and drying rack for laundry.

GETTING HERE:

The quickest way to get from Athens Airport (ATH) to Syntagma Square is by taxi, which costs €45 - €60 and takes 28 min. The best way to get from airport to Syntagma Square without a car is to take the subway which takes 40 min and costs €10. Take the M3 Metro line heading to "Dimotiko Theatro". From the airport you will get off at "Syntagma Square". From the square it is a 4 min walk to the apartment.

CHECK IN:

Check in is at 3pm. Early check-in may be possible depending on previous day occupancy. Otherwise storage rentals are available in the immediate area for a small fee.

CHECK OUT:

Check out is at 11am. Please make sure all doors and windows are closed, as well as all electrical devices have been turned off. When ready to leave please leave the keys of the apartment on the entrance cabinet and close the door behind you. After leaving the apartment please send me a text to confirm that the cleaners are allowed to enter the apartment.

TRASH AND RECYCLING:

Please note that we sort waste by trash and recycling.

All recycling (glass, plastic and paper) is collected and disposed of together.

Household trash can be thrown out at any green dumpster on the street and recycling can be placed in the blue dumpsters. The closest dumpsters to the apartment are located on the corner of Perikleous str (the street the apartment is on) and Thisseos str which is a block south of the building entrance.

LAUNDRY

When using the washing machine please note that the exit valve discharging water, needs to be inserted directly into the toilet bowl in the WC, before the washing machine is started.

To choose the desired cycle, turn the knob and choose the duration and temperature needed from the LED display. You will find detergent on top of the washing machine.

A hanging clothes dryer and clothes pegs are located next to the washing machine.

KITCHEN OVEN AND TOPS:

The oven and tops are fully functional. When using the kitchen tops, please switch on the overhead extractor . Select the desired fan speed from the hood and a overhead lamp can also be accessed from there. We usually open the kitchen window and turn on the extractor to avoid cooking smells permeating in the apartment.

SMOKING:

Smoking is only allowed on the terrace. Please do not smoke in the apartment.

QUIET TIME:

Please note that common quiet hours are observed from 3pm to 5pm.

HOT WATER:

The apartment is equipped with a boiler that is set on a timer so there should be ample hot water at all times. If by chance the hot water appears to be running low, press the switch on the electric panel marked “boiler” once and wait 20 minutes. This will heat the water and switch off automatically.
